The Manyo ink series by Sailor takes its name from Many?sh? (???) — the “Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves,” a venerable anthology of classical Japanese poetry compiled around 759?CE. Manyo inks are named after plants, flowers, or natural motifs referenced in those poems, and each color is meant to evoke a distinctive botanical or seasonal nuance. 

“Yomogi” (???, ?, Japanese mugwort) is a fragrant herb widely known in Japan for its cultural and medicinal associations. The ink Yomogi seeks to capture not just the hue but also the subtle character, depth, and vitality of this plant.
