The Leonardo Pura No.8 Steel Nib Fountain Pen – Frosted Grey RT Medium is part of Leonardo Officina Italiana's 2026 Pura collection. The collection brings the large Momento Zero Grande profile together with frosted, sandblasted resin and refined metallic finishes. The Frosted Grey colour is paired here with sophisticated Ruthenium trim.

The body features a frosted sandblasted finish that creates a smooth, velvety surface while retaining the visual depth of the resin. The new cap design features a distinctive metal band engraved using a three-dimensional pantograph technique, replacing the traditional three-ring arrangement found on earlier Pura models.

This model is fitted with a large No.8 stainless steel Medium nib and ebonite feed. The No.8 nib provides a substantial presence and a balanced Medium line suitable for everyday writing, journaling, signatures and longer writing sessions. Leonardo offers the No.8 steel nib in EF, F, M and B widths.

The pen uses an integrated piston filling system manufactured in Leonardo's workshops, with an approximate 1.5 ml ink capacity. The mechanism can be disassembled for maintenance using Leonardo's dedicated steel wrench.
