The Leonardo Pura No.8 Steel Nib Fountain Pen – Frosted Grey RT Fine is part of Leonardo Officina Italiana’s new Pura collection, which brings together Italian craftsmanship, refined proportions and a distinctive frosted finish. The Grey body is created with a sandblasted treatment that gives the resin a soft, velvety appearance while subtly revealing its depth and character.

This version is fitted with a large No.8 stainless steel Fine nib paired with an ebonite feed. The larger nib format gives the pen a bold visual presence while providing a smooth and consistent writing experience. The Ruthenium trim adds a sophisticated dark-metal contrast to the understated Frosted Grey finish.

The Pura features a redesigned cap band engraved using a three-dimensional pantograph technique, replacing the traditional three-ring design. Its geometric detailing provides a striking contrast to the pen's smooth, rounded profile.

An integrated piston filling system is manufactured in Leonardo's own workshops and provides approximately 1.5 ml of ink capacity, making the pen well suited to extended writing sessions. The piston mechanism can also be disassembled for maintenance using Leonardo's dedicated steel wrench.
