The Leonardo Momento Zero Fountain Pen – Aluminia CT (Limited Edition) – Fine combines Leonardo Officina Italiana’s classic Momento Zero silhouette with the contemporary character of solid aluminium. Limited to 525 pieces, the Aluminia is crafted in Italy from aluminium turned from a solid bar and finished with a finely brushed surface. A clear protective treatment gives the metal a subtle pearlescent effect while helping preserve its appearance over time.
The Fine steel nib offers a precise and controlled writing line, making this version particularly suitable for everyday writing, detailed notes, journaling, planners and correspondence. The clean silver aluminium body is complemented by chrome trim, giving the pen a sophisticated and understated appearance. The combination of traditional Leonardo styling and modern metal construction makes the Aluminia CT an appealing choice for both everyday writers and fountain pen collectors.
Product Information
The Leonardo Momento Zero Aluminia CT features a solid aluminium cap and barrel with a brushed silver finish and chrome trim. The pen uses Leonardo’s classic screw-cap design and is fully postable, allowing the cap to be placed securely on the barrel for a longer writing configuration. The pen measures approximately 142 mm when capped and 170 mm when posted, with a diameter of approximately 15 mm and an unfilled weight of around 25 g according to the current product specifications.
This Fine version is fitted with a steel La Fenice Fine nib, providing a narrow and controlled writing line with the smooth, dependable character expected from Leonardo’s steel nibs. The Aluminia is available in several nib configurations, including Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Stub options, as well as flex variants.
The pen uses a practical cartridge/converter filling system, with the converter included. The stated ink capacity is approximately 0.92 ml with a cartridge and 0.97 ml with the converter, giving the writer flexibility to use either cartridges or bottled fountain pen ink.
